The parliamentary Committee on human rights has opposed the resumption of the supply of water to Crimea.
The Verkhovna Rada Committee on human rights, de-occupation and reintegration of the occupied territories of Crimea and Donbas, national minorities and interethnic relations adopted a decision on the impossibility of water supply in Crimea until its end to the occupation, reports the Chronicle.info with reference to the Correspondent.
The head of the Committee Dmitry Lubinets expressed its position on this issue, noting that “any speculation on the exchange of the occupied Donbass for the supply of water in the occupied Crimea are inadmissible, cynical and immoral.”
Now the decision on this issue should be put to a vote.
Earlier, the head of the faction of the servant of the people supported the restoration of the water supply of the Crimea in exchange for concessions of Russia in Donbass. He later clarified that the idea was not his, and leading TV channel.
