In Parliament there was the second day of the fight over the land market

Despite the blocking of the Presidium, Parliament began consideration of the bill on the land market.

In the Verkhovna Rada for the second time that day there was a scuffle of people’s deputies Artem Dmitruk and Sergey Vlasenko, reports the Chronicle.info with reference to the Correspondent.

It happened after the first Vice-speaker Ruslan Stepanchuk proposed to extend the work of Parliament until 20:00. This proposal was supported by only 222 MPs.

Stepanchuk tried to put the question again, which caused dissatisfaction of the opposition. Vlasenko tried to break into the podium, but was stopped by the “servants”.

The Deputy speaker urged MPs to refrain from extra-parliamentary methods of protest.

“I appeal to the deputies who, unfortunately, provoke the non-parliamentary behaviour in this chamber: take your seats and start to perform their duties. Parliament is a place for discussion, to prove his innocence in the debate, not a fist the monkey jumping here,” he said.

As a result of evening a meeting of 226 votes was extended until 19:30.

Despite the blocking of the Presidium of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine passed to the consideration of the law on the land market.

Note, to begin consideration of the bill was announced by the head of the Parliament Dmitry Razumkov. However, his place in the Presidium of the Verkhovna Rada was blocked by the head of the faction “Batkivshchyna” Yulia Tymoshenko, so Razumkov gave the floor to the first Vice-speaker of BP Ruslan Stefanchuk.

Earlier, the brawl in Parliament have also occurred due to the attempts of opsi and Batkivshchyna to hold the Presidium and the rostrum.
