Two people were killed by falling trees, and two because of the collapse of the roof.
In connection with the bad weather, the authorities decided to close the largest airport in the country, has been canceled hundreds of flights.
In the midst of a Typhoon the wind speed reaches 240 km per hour.
Element has also caused powerful landslides in the Central regions of the Philippines, on the southern coast of the island of Luzon.
