Budget revenues in 2019 rose, but almost 5% behind the painting.
The main factors of the failure of the state budget for 2019 is the low income from the rent and VAT. About it reports a press-service of the Ministry of Finance on Thursday, September 12, reports the online edition of the Chronicle.info with reference to the Correspondent.
As reported, the revenues of the General Fund budget in January-August grew by 7.7% yoy to 594,1 billion UAH and amounted to 95,1% of the painting.
Cash expenditures for the General Fund of the state budget for eight months in total 599,2 billion was 91.4% of the painting.
The Finance Ministry noted, the analysis testifies to the continued negative impact of a number of trends in fiscal revenues.
In particular, revenues from VAT from produced in Ukraine goods (including VAT) in the amount of 51.7 billion made up 86.5% of the painting due to the high pace of VAT refunds to exporters.
From rental royalties received 28.9 billion UAH, which is by 23% more than for the corresponding period in 2018. However, the income from the rent amounted to 84.4% of the painting.
Revenues from VAT on imported to Ukraine goods grew by 1.6% yoy to 184,9 billion. The income was made by 87.6% of the painting.
The income from the net profit and dividends received in the amount of 32.3 billion UAH, which is 80.4% of the painting.

According to the Treasury, for the first eight months of 2019, the state budget revenues amounted to 671,7 billion UAH, which is 4.5%, or 31.3 billion less than the plan.
